iOS app · on the App Store, in its break-in phase
A keyboard that makes typing on iPhone far more efficient. Its features come from studying many user comments and pain points.
It also has a gamification side: every correctly spelled word brings you closer to the next key animation, with over 50 to unlock over time. A nice nudge to write well.
It’s my morning project, outside office hours. Everything is built in-house by directing agents.
- In-house correction engine, constantly being optimized.
- No data collected. One of the few keyboards on the App Store that works without Full Access.
- Test benches: every engine change is measured against corpora before it ships.
- Night shift: autonomous agents investigate from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., and I read their report in the morning.
- Analysis of my own typing, in my test builds only, to improve the engine.
- Go-to-market: App Store listings, subscriptions and Apple Ads campaigns.

Web and mobile site
The site for my woodworking shop, built to work as well on a phone as on a computer. A real-time 3D configurator, and “See it in my room”: take a photo of your bedroom and the piece appears in it, with AI models running in the browser. The photo never leaves the device.

Agent · Copilot Studio and Power Automate
The agent reads a Teams meeting transcript and proposes new stories or updates to existing ones. The Product Owner approves each card in Teams, and the story lands in the current Azure DevOps sprint.

Agent · Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure DevOps
You chat with the agent in Teams: guided questions, semantic search and an optimized prompt. A Power Automate flow takes over, and the story appears in the backlog within seconds. About thirty people used it from day one, with no training.

Agent · Claude Code
An agent runs my accounting end to end, business and personal: it generates my invoices, keeps the books and prepares my tax returns all the way to filing.
Above all, it tells me what to do: a remittance due on a given date, an instalment to plan for, a document to sign. It checks rates and deadlines online, so I no longer have dates to remember.
It also optimizes my taxes: it looks across my businesses and my personal file, then flags missed deductions and planning opportunities. Its rule: optimize, never conceal.
No software, no subscription: the books are files, and every balance is recalculated from the source documents.

Mac app · in the menu bar
Right in the Mac menu bar: every day, an automated job analyzes my prompts, Claude rates them from 1 to 5, and the coach tells me what to improve. Over 5,600 prompts analyzed since July 2026.

Mac app · in the menu bar
Just for fun: I hit so many keys in a day that I was curious to know how many. The counter lives right in the Mac menu bar, with plenty of interesting and genuinely useful stats.

Website · Claude Code
This very page. I built it in a single conversation with an agent, steering the adjustments live: I set the direction, reject what doesn’t work, and the agent starts again.
